July Update

Message from the Founder

Trademark Registered

As we just passed the mid-way point of our 10th year in business, we continue to strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Serving your papers quickly and accurately is our number one concern. From e-filing to new technology to House Bill 91, Accurate Serve® stays committed to improving our service to better serve you.

Well, another way we can improve our organization is to strengthen it to it’s core. So, we are happy to say it is official. On July 2, 2019, The US Patent Office approved the registered trademark for Accurate Serve®.

So, what’s the difference between the “™” and the “®”?

The “®” means that trademark has been registered with the government body in that county, so in this case, the U.S. The “™” means the trademark is in use by a company but not registered yet with the government.

Why is having the “®” important?

  • Communication is Key – Having the  “®” lets clients know who they are dealing with. You can expect a a level of consistency when using a franchise system like Accurate Serve® and our unparalleled communication.
  • Take That, Rewind it Back – Having the  “®” allows potential returning clients to recount on the service they received prior from an Accurate Serve® office and that positive experience helps to solidify the experience.
  • Stability – We have been at this for 10 years and each year we add more offices, serve more papers and we love it.  By registering our trademark, you know we’ll be here at least another 10 years.

We love what we do. We are good at it. We are educated, licensed, appointed, certified, registered and always available to serve your papers.

Warmest regards,
Beau Charlet

Franchisee Spotlight: Port St. Lucie

We are in the heat of summer! July brings in some of the hottest days of our year here in Florida which results in many of our part time residents heading back to their northern addresses, or maybe even out of the nation. What does this mean for your case and your service of process?

Once you have sent us the job and we have ruled out their local address our team has the ability to go to the next step for you. What if you don’t have their second address? Let us help locate it for you by running a skip trace. Once we have the second address we have a network of servers throughout the nation that work with our team on a regular basis to provide the best possible service. If they are residents of another country, still no problem! We have successfully served around the world by Private Process as well as The Hague Convention. No matter the location of service or the number of addresses to attempt, our team can handle the process far and wide and keep you updated on all the steps along the way.

Last week I had the Privilege of being a vendor at the Paralegal Association of Florida Treasure Coast Chapter Summer Seminar. It was a fantastic turn out with nearly 60 paralegals in attendance. I can not be more thankful to President Kristen Remling for this opportunity as well as all of the Paralegals who attended and showed my family a very warm welcoming. Marketing Director Avery Rose and Meaghan Muscato are looking forward to the next event to attend and show our support for PAFTCC. Our team looks forward to the opportunity to earn your business! Knock knock knock…. You’ve been served!

June 2019 Job Statistics

June 2019 Job Count – 4,176

Average Number of Days from Receiving Paper to Paper Being Served* – 4.8

*This includes jobs that may be on hold or waiting for new info.  There is no way to take those jobs out of the calculation.  So, if a job is placed on hold for 2 weeks, that’s 14 days on that job which factors in to this average. So, we’re even better than what the eyes see, LOL. Some papers get served same day, some next day and some take multiple attempts/addresses to effect service. All we do all day and every day is serve papers. We’re good at it and we love what we do. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to continue to serve your papers.
